Owner and Tattoo Artist Rebecca "Bee" Santos was born and raised in Virginia and is the daughter of immigrant parents from the Azores Islands. As a child, Bee was very interested in art and could always be found with a pencil or crayons in hand, watching Bob Ross on TV after school. Besides Bob Ross, her biggest influence in life was her father, who was a master carpenter that created beautiful and intricately detailed furniture. At the age of 20, Bee received her first tattoo and fell in love with them and the tattoo community. She has been a licensed tattoo artist since 2014 and has a clientele that is constantly growing. No matter the size or subject matter of the tattoo, Bee always strives to do her best. Her bubbly and down-to-earth personality always makes her clients feel comfortable and welcome sitting in her chair. She loves to hear stories and learn about client's lives. Although specializing in floral designs, cover-ups, color pop and traditional tattoos, she is not limited to these styles and continuously pushes herself to learn new things. Her favorite things to tattoo are pop culture characters. She is not afraid to accept unique challenges and loves creating one of a kind tattoos for her clients. 

Bee holds 4 awards for Best of the Burg taking 1st place in 2021, 2023 & 2024 and placing 2nd in 2022.

Heather “LuLu” Lutomski is a licensed tattoo artist and Permanent Makeup Artist. Heather completed her apprenticeship under Rebecca “Bee” Santos and strives to become just as talented! She is excited to continue to grow as an artist by taking on new challenges, always seeking opportunities to take her skills to the next level. 

Heather has been a permanent makeup artist, creating beautiful brows with Amazink Brows, since 2018. She specializes in Microblading, Pixel Blading, Powder Brows and Combo Brow techniques. 

Growing up a military brat, and eventually a spouse, afforded Heather the opportunity to experience many different countries and cultures through out her life. She has always been inspired by a variation of artistic expressions; art and music being her top two. Her biggest inspiration is her family. Being a tattooing granny (“LuLu”) has been her favorite journey to date!

Chrissy has been a stay at home mom for the past 15 years and decided that this is her year to step back into the workforce in a new way.  Chrissy considers herself a "jack of all trades" and gives 100% to whatever she sets her mind to. She has a background in fire and EMS, she is an MBA grad, dabbled in make-up for MAC, owned a couple businesses but nothing compares to getting the opportunity to do something she really loves. Her heart has always been with art and music.. so when offered an apprenticeship with Bee, she jumped at the incredible opportunity. Chrissy is so thankful for the people that have believed in her and looks forward to growing and becoming an amazing tattoo artist. 

Lindsey “Linds” Reingruber is a tattoo apprentice under Rebecca “Bee” Santos. She started her artist journey painting landscapes with her grandfather in the mountains of Front Royal. After years of not picking up a brush she found her love again when she started college as a mixed media painter focusing on many fun elements of color and texture. She still continues to paint as she goes on with her apprenticeship. She pulls her painting skills into her tattoo work and is learning all different styles. You will usually find her with her headphones on or next to a loud speaker listening to all kinds of music as inspiration. Her father and mother are both first responders who raised her to be caring and empathetic to those she meets, bringing a healthy and safe environment to her tattoo chair. She loves talking to her clients and creating new friends before they leave. Lindsey has spent 3 years training her artistic eye and hopes to spend many more perfecting it in a new medium.
